Non-automotive companies are also welcome, but different conditions apply, and the required deposit will be higher.
To which countries do you sell vehicles?
Our main market is the European Union, but we also sell cars to non-EU car traders. With the eCarsTrade Delivery Service, we can organize vehicle transport straight to your parking lot.
Is it safe to buy cars on eCarsTrade?
Which documents do I need to provide to buy on eCarsTrade?
If you are an EU trader, you need to provide your official company documents. These should include your company name, business type, VAT number, full name of the owner, company address, and a scan of the owner's valid ID card or passport.
If you are a non-EU trader, you need to provide a scan of your valid ID card or passport, your full address (home or company), and any company documents. Company documents should include your company name, business type, company address, and the full name of the owner.

Why do you need my company documents and ID?
We sometimes have financial checks and need to make sure everything complies with VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) rules. Your company documents are kept only for eCarsTrade and are never shared for other reasons.
When can I start bidding?
Once our team checks your documents and you receive Silver or Gold user status, you can start bidding. However, to bid as much as you want, you will need to make a deposit. For more details, see User Statuses.
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
The deposit guarantees your ability to purchase. You only pay it once, and it is fully refundable. Once you pay the deposit, you gain access to all listings, and you can bid as much as you want on vehicles from Open Auctions, Blind Auctions, and Fixed Prices.
The deposit amount may vary depending on your company, country, or bid amount.

How do I get my deposit back?
Savu depozītu varat atgūt, aizpildot atmaksas pieprasījuma veidlapu. Ņemiet vērā, ka mēs varam veikt atmaksu tikai tad, ja visas darījumu darbības ir pabeigtas. Atmaksa būs redzama jūsu kontā 20 darba dienu laikā.

The bid suggestion calculator is not working. How can I calculate my bid?
Ja kalkulators nedarbojas, varat mēģināt manuāli izvēlēties automašīnas modeli no nolaižamajā izvēlnē.
How do I know if I have won an auction?
Ja esat uzvarējis izsolē, mēs jums nosūtīsim proforma rēķinu 24-48 stundas pēc izsoles slēgšanas. Ja jūs neesat uzvarējis izsolē, jūs nesaņemsiet e-pastu, bet jūs vienmēr varat redzēt visu savu solījumu statusu savā Personas lapā.
I made the highest bid in Open Auctions; why didn’t I win the car?
Can I cancel a purchase/bid made by mistake?
If I lose the auction, can I still buy that car?
Ja pēc izsoles beigām automašīna nav pārdota, mūsu partneri to atkal ievieto tiešsaistē. Šādā gadījumā jūs saņemsiet e-pasta vēstuli ar paziņojumu, ka jūsu izsolītais automobilis atkal ir tiešsaistē. Tomēr jums ir jābūt ieslēgtai pasta abonēšanai, ko varat izdarīt savā personīgajā lapā.
How do Open Auctions work?
First, pay the deposit to participate in Open Auctions. You can see the highest bid and place a higher one to try to win.
To improve your chances of winning, follow the auction closely until the very end. We recommend raising your bids by only 200-500€ each time.
Only place a bid if you are certain you can pay for the vehicle, because bids in Open Auctions cannot be canceled.
Even if you are the highest bidder, the car is not automatically yours. The leasing company can refuse the sale if it does not meet their target price.

How do Blind Auctions work?
In Blind Auctions, you cannot see other users' bids. You simply enter the price you are willing to pay. While the auction is still open, you can change or delete your offer, which is not possible in Open Auctions.
After the auction ends, you will get an email if you have won the car. If you did not win, you will not get an email, but you can check the auction status on your Personal page.
The seller retains the right to decide whether they want to accept your offer. If you are unsure how much to bid, use our bid suggestion calculator or contact us for help.

Why is my VAT number showing as invalid or not activated for intra-EU transactions?
Ja reģistrācijas laikā redzat paziņojumu, ka jūsu PVN maksātāja numurs ir nederīgs vai nav aktivizēts darījumiem ES iekšienē, iespējams, tas ir tāpēc, ka jūsu PVN statuss nav aktivizēts pārrobežu tirdzniecībai ES. Lai to atrisinātu, varat pārbaudīt sava PVN maksātāja numura statusu, izmantojot VIES (PVN informācijas apmaiņas sistēma). Vienkārši izvēlieties savu valsti un ievadiet savu PVN maksātāja numuru, un tīmekļa vietnē tiks sniegta konkrēta vietējā informācija par jūsu PVN statusu. Ja nepieciešams, sazinieties ar vietējo nodokļu iestādi, lai saņemtu palīdzību PVN maksātāja numura aktivizēšanā darījumiem ES iekšienē.
